BrainDrop.fyi sends opt-in SMS content to users 13+. BrainDrop.fyi is operated by Gabesiah Technologies, a US sole proprietorship. This SMS program is the entire service we offer; agreeing to receive texts is voluntary and is never a condition of any purchase, account, or other feature. We collect:

• Mobile phone number
• Timezone (for send hour)
• Age confirmation (recipient is 13+)
• Consent records (what you agreed to, when, IP, user agent)
• Delivery and reply metadata needed to run the service
• Billing identifiers if you subscribe (via Stripe)

We do not collect date of birth, precise location, or school name. We do not sell personal information. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
